Day 1: Nairobi to Aberdares

In the morning, a driver will pick you up from a predetermined location in Nairobi. You will embark on a three-hour trip to Aberdare National Park.

This protected area is home to stunning views and an array of animals. After checking in at the breathtaking Ark Lodge, you can enjoy an early lunch after freshening up.

Then a driver will pick you up for a game drive through the protected area. Expect to see black rhinos, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, leopards, spotted hyenas, bushbucks, and colobus monkeys.

Then it is back to the lodge for a lovely dinner.

Day 2: Aberdares to Sweetwaters

On the second day, you will have breakfast and check out of the Ark Lodge heading for Sweetwaters Game Reserve.


It is a private ranch spreading across 24,000 acres. The reserve is home to various species of animals which you get to see after checking in at the accommodations.
You will see elephants, black and white rhinos, leopards, buffaloes, and lions on the game drive.

You will also visit the Chimpanzee sanctuary within the reserve.
It is home to recurred chimpanzees. Interaction means a little playfulness and Instagram-worthy images.


Then you will head back to your accommodations.

Day 3: Sweetwaters to Mount Kenya

On day three, you will move to Mount Kenya National Park after breakfast and checking out.


This wildlife center is also a significant water catchment area.


This is thanks to Mount Kenya, the second-highest peak in Africa. After arrival and checking in, you will go on a game drive.


The park has elephants, leopards, waterbucks, bushbucks, and over 100 bird species.


On top of this, you get to enjoy the stunning views of the glorious Mount Kenya. Visitors from all over have scaled this magnificent mountain to reach the snowcapped peaks.


Afterward, it is back to accommodations to eat and sleep.

Day 4: Mount Kenya to Lake Nakuru

Day 4 sees you move to Lake Nakuru National Park. It is one of the hot spots along the Great Rift Valley. The wooded and bushy grasslands hide spectacular birdlife and mammals.


On the game drive, you will see the beautiful lake flourishing with birdlife. This includes the magnificent pink flamingoes.


Expect to see 450 species of birds plus rhinos, waterbucks, and other animals.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

On day 6, you will move to Lake Naivasha. It is an equally impressive place with the opportunity of scenic views.


It is a great base to go bike riding in Hell’s Gate. Additionally, you will see spectacular animals such as hippos, giraffes, and waterbucks on the freshwater lakeshore.


The spectacular views make this a great place to relax.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha to Nairobi

And finally, on the last day, you will have breakfast and check out. A driver will pick you up and take you on a scenic drive back to Nairobi.


You get to stop at the Viewpoint to take pictures and buy souvenirs before arriving in Nairobi.
